The company has a great story about co-founder Mark Overbay first making peanut butter by hand in Zimbabwe while in the Peace Corps. This lead to the inspiration to form Big Spoon Roasters in the fall of 2010.
Everything produced by Big Spoon Roasters is done so in small batches with handcrafted care. They even taste the nut butter batches before they are packaged to be sure they are up to the quality that is expected!
