Olive and Sinclair has been making chocolate and confections in Nashville, Tennessee since 2007.
Our combination of traditional methods, modern European technique and classic Southern flavors make Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Co. the NEW old-fashioned chocolate.
We can attest to the quality of the chocolate. Having recently devoured some. They have several options of chocolate treats to pick from. We had the 67% Cacao Chocolate Bar and it was quite tasty.
We think our next test will be of the Caramel Set. You can’t go wrong with caramel!
Olive and Sinclair was founded by Scott Witherow, who, after working in restaurants since the early age of 14, has an obsession with food, food culture, and naturally chocolate.
He began by producing 3-5 pounds at a time. A very manual process.
He continued experimenting – making & testing small batches on family and friends, designing packaging, perfecting his bean-to-bar process… and finally, building a factory.
Olive & Sinclair was Tennessee’s first bean-to-bar chocolate company. Slow-roasted and stone-ground, O&S was founded in 2007. O&S takes pride in their take on bean-to-bar chocolate known as Southern Artisan Chocolateā¢.
